First of all the empty space around the character automatically draws your attention to the focus (in this case the wolf) in such a nice way, I also love how around the bottom right side of the character you have added some sort of glow like effect and I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Adds a misty effect, makes it proper nice.
Another factor I really like about this is the contrast of the soft snow and the sharp edges of the characters fur and the brightness of the stars in the sky, the stars also add a kind of balance to the whiteness of the character and snow below them, this could be interpreted artistically AND symbolically as a form of balance.
Can you tell I like this yet? Well I don't feel the need to say the characters anatomy is spot on because its obvious you nailed pretty much every aspect there is to nail? The only thing I would say (in my opinion) is I would add a breath effect, e.g. mist or a lighter substance around the characters mouth or nose to simulate breathing and bring more life to it but honestly I love this so much I just can't even say man, honestly/ <3
